Important Information Regarding Your Order

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Vibrant Threads. Please take a moment to review our policies regarding product variations, returns, and cancellations.

Product Colours & Characteristics

• We strive for accuracy in our product photos, but please be aware that colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen calibrations and photography lighting.
• Since all our products are handmade, minor colour variations and subtle thread pullouts are common and are part of the unique charm of these items.

Return & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds or replacements only for products under the following conditions:

• if the replacement is approved, the product will be delivered in 7-10 days
• Wrong Product: You received an item different from what you ordered.
• Wrong Size: The size of the product you received does not match your order.
• Manufacturing Damages: The product has a defect from manufacturing.

Items NOT eligible for return or replacement:

• Discounted products
• Customized products
• Products with slight colour variations

How to Initiate a Return

If you receive a wrong product, wrong size, or a product with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Return Process

If your return is approved by our team, you will need to:

1. Pack the product securely in its unused condition.
2. Courier the product back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will replace it with the correct product. We will cover the courier charges for all approved returns.

Note: Returns will not be accepted after the 24-hour notification period.

Cancellation Policy

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• You may cancel your order only if the product has not yet been dispatched.
• To cancel an order, please notify us via WhatsApp at 7408445588.
• Vibrant Threads reserves the right to cancel an order if need be, under circumstances of any unfulfilled requirement. The correspondence for the same and any refund, if applicable, shall be credited in 5-7 working days.
